Ch’abil / 65% dark milk bar. With cardamom grown in the same region as the beans (Lachua, Guatemala), and a bit of crunchy cacao nib added for texture.
Dark Milk / 65% dark milk bar. Beautiful Guatemalan bean with rich maple-caramel notes. While the milk adds a delicious creamy texture, it’s the beans that steal the show.
Coastal Rainforest / 73% dark bar. BC’s coastal rainforest is a rich ecosystem. The currants, morels and kelp found in this bar are but a small list of the foods it sustains.
Soconusco, Mexico / 73% dark bar. A distinctly fruity chocolate. Taste the cacao that is the legacy of the Olmecs, Mayans, and other cultures that grew cacao and ate chocolate in this unique part of the world for so long.
Winter Warmer / 65% dark milk bar. With warming spices. Made with Kokoa Kamili’s delicious cocoa beans, and a little nutmeg and clove to help you warm up during the winter cool. Available only in winter.
Tingo Maria / 73% dark bar. Deep in the Amazonian jungle of Peru grows the flavourful bean from Ucayali River Cacao. Starting with a caramel flavour it evolves into a mouth filling fruit.
Caramelised White / White chocolate is made first, using only cocoa butter. It is then roasted in the oven to caramelise everything, giving it a dulce de leche sweetness. Definitely a treat.
